Career Fair
Each fall more than 250 companies, representing both agriculture and life sciences industries, seek Iowa State students for internships and full –time employment in the largest job/career fair in the country. And our students enjoy a 97% placement rate within six months of graduation.
As a student participating in the career fair you have the chance to explore your options and an opportunity see the connections between the classroom and real world. Additionally, the Career Services office offers help on resumes and interview skills to prepare.
The career fair is just one of the ways our students and faculty have ties with industry. You could work in a research lab on a project for a company or travel with a club to a professional meeting and network with alumni. With such strong connections, you will be well-positioned to take your place in the workforce.
