See yourself sitting across the table from someone who has volunteered to share their dietary habits and allows you to analyze practices and give advice to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Use all the skills you learned in processing, sensory analysis, and food chemistry to create your own new product and present it to a group of industry experts. These are just some of the adventures that await you in and out of the classroom at Iowa State.
Most common majors would include culinary food science, dietetics, diet and excercise, food science and nutritional science.
